With over 15 years of cooking and restaurant management experience in fine dining, award-winning Chef Charine Mourad has a history of creating exciting culinary adventures through her signature style. As a professionally trained chef, Charine started her career as an Executive Chef and culinary management professional in Miami, FL. She now brings her life-long passion for food back to her hometown of Toledo, OH, creating unique and exquisite experiences for any culinary need.

 

Charine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Culinary Arts from the International Culinary School of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where she graduated with President Honors and Magna Cum Laude. She was also a star of the Lifetime Channel series All Mixed Up.  Since completing her studies, Charine has been successful in the catering business with clientele ranging from larger corporations to individual clients with unique visions and specific dietary needs.
